My septic system backed up, and I didn't even know where the septic tank was located. I found Economy Services via a local recommendation. They came the next day, located the tank, correctly diagnosed the problem, and gave a very accurate estimate for the repair, which required the use of a back hoe as well as several other pieces of heavy equipment. The pipe ran under my driveway and I was worried that they might have to dig it up, but they were able to figure out a way to do the work without tearing up the pavement. During the course of the repair they also added two access points to the system that will make any future problems easier and less costly to fix. The work took about 2 days and started the day after the estimate. I think they probably would have given same day service except I was not able to meet with them until late afternoon on the day of the estimate. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the promptness of the service, and I would most definitely recommend this fine company for any plumbing needs.
