We are so pleased with the job that Miracle Method did on our shower. It was old and dingy and in need of repairs and now it is perfect! Our technician, Keith, was knowledgeable, professional, polite and on time. There was no mess whatsoever and his work was outstanding. We can’t say enough about what a difference this made in our bathroom and we highly recommend Miracle Method.

The company was most helpful in planning the resurfacing of my kitchen cabinets along with work in 2 bathrooms. The work was completed as scheduled, the technicians did not waste time "visiting", stuck with the work within the time frame established, and cleaned up all the mess they created. Would rate the franchise company as excellent, I would refer them to others, and all references had high regard for the company and its employees.

The young men were prompt and courteous and did a good job of sealing off and taping the spray zone. However, they were done in about 3 hours. On the return visit to apply the sealer they were done in under an hour. As they said, "It was an easy one." They asked me how smooth a texture I wanted and for the most part met my expectations, although in the corners and close to the backsplash --where the sanding was more difficult, the texture was quite bumpy.  They did not ask me to check the texture before proceeding with the sealer stage. If they had, I would have asked for a little more sanding first (for easier cleaning on my part). So, not perfect but not a big deal either.
When they had cleaned up and approached me for payment I asked if there was any wiggle room in the price considering they were done in far less time than was estimated, and it had been a simple job. They said no. The only reason I didn't call the office to discuss the price, brief time spent etc was because my housemate was paying for this particular improvement (we share costs and alternate paying for jobs). While she agreed with my observations she was very busy at work and didn't feel like trying to argue the point. So, in summary I feel the quote was a bit high and uninformed, since Miracle Method's own employees exclaimed upon how easy the job was, and work was done in far less time than stated. The end result looks nice and has held up perfectly. I would just tell anyone to make sure that the quoted price took into account ALL the factors and the time frame quoted is factual.

The units look absolutely fantastic. One in particular was an ugly blue color that didn't go with anything. Having the color changed made a huge difference in appearance.
There was alot of time spent in preparing the units to be resurfaced but the job in total was completed within 2.5 days.
Would definately recommend this option as a less costly solution to updating fiberglass units as demolition and re-tiling can be very expensive.
Gave the price category a and quot;Band quot; rating as I had nothing to compare against (other than total demolition and new tile installed) - but will offer that we were given a reduced price by having both units done at the same time.
We went to their location to actually see what the product looks and feels like. I was amazed.

When I purchased the property, I thought one tub could be cleaned and salvaged but it turned out to have several coats of surfacing already on it. Looked at Angies List and found several top ranked companies but only Miracle Method had an actual showroom you could visit! I got phone pricing from other vendors and while most were appreciably less expensive, I had no way of knowing what I was buying! The Miracle Method warranty was also better. The young man who came to do the work, Ryan, was super nice and did a fabulous job of stripping and refinishing the tub which looks great. I'm a very happy customer but in all fairness, the success of this process needs to be measured over time - but have no reason to believe their finish will not hold up.

Elizabeth, the sales rep, came by and showed us what could be done, different finishes, etc. No hard sell here. We had contacted Lowe's for costs on replacing the counters, and after doing a pro/con list, we decided the refinishing was the right choice for us. The two gentlemen (and they were) who did the work showed up at the appointed time, completely partitioned off the work area, completed all the preliminary work in the time that was specified, came back the following day to apply the final touches, cleaned up completely after themselves and were done in the time allowed.
We love the look of the finished product. The refinishing was the right choice for us. Only time will tell if the finish will stand the test of time, of course, but a 5 year warranty promises that if it doesn't, we'll have recourse. All the people we dealt with were courteous and helpful. We recommend the company and the product.

The two young men arrived on time, took their time, informed me of what they were doing, cleaned up any mess, protected the other items in the room and did an excellent job.

Our technician Paul is an artist. He spent four days holed up in a bathroom with the door shut prepping, taping and covering surfaces not meant to be sprayed, and then applying the surface coats. He is very polite, punctual, quietly working in cramped conditions. Each day he stored his equipment out of the way, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. As an added bonus, he did not mind my curious and loud hound dogs.

Overall we have been very pleased with the process to put the new surface on that is attractive and stands up well to use. The only downside is that you must use a certain cleaner to clean it and if you use anything else, it will discolor. It's an important consideration. We would do it again just because of the cost, but we do have a couple of discolored spots that are from a mouthwash that sat on it for example. You have got to use Formula 409 cleaner; it's the only cleaner you can use on it. It's part of the deal that if there is a discoloration, they will come out and coat over it. They have got a good business and they are good people if you understand that condition. It's a great alternative if you don't want to spend the money to do new granite countertops or do a bathroom remodeling. The biggest feature is the price.

I was remodeling a kitchen in a home I recently purchased. The new granite counter tops I selected did not go with the tile backsplash that was already in the home. The tile was very nice tile....just a color that didn't match the new color scheme. I contacted Miracle Method to see if they could reglaze the tiles rather than rip them all out and install something different. I was a bit concerned that the finished look would not complement the kitchen, but decided to go ahead and try. The bottom line.......I was extremely pleased with the results and at a fraction of the cost that it would have been to tear out and re-tile.

David was very professional. They came in and taped off everything in the kitchen area so that the materials would not get on any other surfaces. There was one small hiccup when the technician accidentally applied silicone to the grout between the tile and the counter surface before the sealer had completely dried. In doing so, it discolored a bit, however David did a fantastic job in correcting the issue, coming back several times to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. In the end, the finished product was outstanding and we certainly appreciated his professionalism and diligence in following through to the end. I would not hesitate to recommend his service and the end product it produces. A great experience all the way around...in spite of the small and quot;oopsand quot;.
