They were responsive, polite, quick, and did what I needed. They were not cheap but they did great work.

I scheduled a price estimate for the following morning. They called when they were on their way and arrived earlier then originally planned, but I was notified and appreciated the earlier time slot. They gave me an estimate, I accepted and they got to work. They removed already cut tree stumps, bricks, misc home improvement surplus and packaging materials. The amount of garbage would have taken my husband multiple trips to the local dump, a whole days work and most likely an injured back. Junk King took loaded it all up within 1hr and left my yard and driveway free of all the junk/trash I had accumulated. I will definitely keep Junk King as an option when removing large piles of trash.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Junk King. First thing I really liked was how you could go to their website and get a rough estimate of cost based on what you’re having hauled away before even booking your appointment. The price quoted when they got here was actually lower than what was estimated and it was a very reasonable price. The online booking was easy too. I chose an 8-10am window and they were here at 8:15 so I didn’t have to wait around for them. They also called when they were 20 minutes away so that you know to expect them soon. Our two guys, Alex and Steve, were very polite and professional. They were quick with removing the sofa, loveseat and bookshelf we needed hauled away. I will definitely use this company again if ever I have the need to and will recommend to anyone who may ask me who they should call to get rid of heavy items.

Very well. In no time at all, they filled their truck with 70 years' worth of accumulation. I like that Junk King recycles and usable items are donated so they don't end up in a landfill.

The company was quickly responsive to both phone calls and requests through Angie's List, which I have found to be a rare quality among service providers. The cost was reasonable, the service efficient, and the workers polite and respectful of my personal property. Since environmental concerns always top my list, the company's policy of recycling appliances for scrap metal ensures I will use them again without hesitation. Great experience.

Job well done. No wall marks. No delays completing work. In and out in less than an hour for 3 very large tvs and a mattress set.

I didn't actually CALL, but instead used their web form to book an appointment. They provide a 2 hour window, and called when they were on the way. I had 5 large moving boxes full, about 5 black contractor bags full, a patio umbrella and a few cubic feet of ephemera. For $193 it was gone in about 15 minutes. I've used them before and will do so again! Great service!

Yes, I would use them again. They wore uniforms, they were punctual and professional. They did the job earlier than expected and did more than I asked for.

They were wonderful. Very professional. Very quickly done. I put it on there last night, he called me last night, and he was here this morning at eight o'clock. They charge you by the truck loads. Which would be a pick up truck. I had two of them. They were so nice, so professional. He absolutely was. One of the nicest men I have ever talked to. He was so quick to respond. He called me a half an hour later, and we set it up at eight this morning. I put it on there last night.

Every thing went well

Everything went smoothly. It was easy for us which was great.

When I called, the person taking the order was helpful and courteous, and on the day of pickup two young men arrived and took care of things very quickly. The thing is, this television was the old rear projection model and needed to be recycled rather than taken to a dump. It was well worth the cost to have the space back this thing took up.

Courteous, prompt, friendly, efficient. Two gentlemen hauled every bit of it away and left the area looking better than I recall ever seeing it, all within about 30 minutes. Astonishingly fast. Will definitely contact again.

Good unfortunately, additional cost incurred due to size of load. Total cost 133.00 (Angie's List w/discount paid and then another $205.00 = $338.00.

I had several pieces of furniture that needed to be hauled away. The two young men who arrived could not have been nicer. Very professional company and very punctual. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Great. Email communication was very efficient for getting pricing, scheduling pick up day and time...replies were very speedy and answered every question. I'm hyper detail oriented and sent at least 4 emails--no annoyance detected. Replies remained quick with details and assurances. Just as expeditious was the ability to arrive for pick up. Two very polite young men arrived, calling first to ask if I would like an earlier pick up. They were courteous, friendly, in good spirits and respectful of my home. They got right to work. The TV they removed is a monster and was on a 3 foot media center. No complaints. They actually made quick work of the job. I walked outside to pay--no grumbling when they thought I may have been out of earshot. Good guys--doing hard work. Price exactly as quoted. Highly recommend.
