Called during a storm, everyone had gone home due to severe weather, two employees showed up within 20 minutes in the storm and fixed everything! Awesome employees and will definitely use them again!

I called Fred on a Friday afternoon (at the recommendation of a neighbor) and explained to him that I'd had a plumbing company come out the previous week to check into my fluctuating water pressure. They said I needed a new pressure switch and water bladder so they installed a new tank, which cost me $500. When the water pressure continued to fluctuate (though not as badly), I called the plumber back and he came out, checked the tank under the house and then told me I probably needed a new pump for my well, which he said would cost around $2K. He gave me the name of another company, and said they would probably be able to give him a better price. Fred was so gracious and knowledgeable. He explained to me that there are several reasons for fluctuating water pressure and ways to test for them. He said he'd come by on Monday morning to take a look. He came out first thing to fit me in before another appointment. It turned out that the pressure switch hadn't been adjusted correctly - once that was done the problem just disappeared! You can bet when I do need a pump (or have any other issues) I will call Fred FIRST. Thank you Fred!

We lost most of our water pressure on Christmas morning. When I called that morning, they actually answered the phone on Christmas! They gave me some suggestions to get through the day and showed up at 8:20 the next morning. They knew exactly where the problem was within minutes and did a great job getting the leak fixed.

fred showed up quickly after our call, was friendly and professional you can't help but like him..his helpers are all professional and know what to do had our wiring and pump installed and working in a reasonable time and at a fair price..

They really did a great job. I was very pleased with the service. I actually had to call them back to my home to fix one little thing. They were here in a heart beat. They have excellent customer service and the employees are always friendly.
