Walford Company was hired by SEARS of Lynchburg to install my appliances after purchasing them in July 2010. After discovering a leak in the connection to the dishwasher and the water line in January 2011, SEARS ultimately reimbursed me for costs incurred when I hired a different plumber to correct the issue and referred me back to Walford for reimbursement costs for the damages to my cabinetry. Throughout the process Walford has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and ultimately has denied any responsibility for the damages through their insurance company, Southern Insurance Company of Virginia. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.
