Contractor came out and recommended a course of action to repair older driveway problems. Estimate signed and within the agreed time contractor arrived and did the work and was paid promptly. Within a month the surface started to deteriorate and break up in places where the coating was very thin. I took pictures and e-mailed to the contractor. A representative came out to see the job and agreed that there were problems ( this was in January 2018), and said they would make it good as soon a the weather warmed up in the spring. They never called or came back in April or May even after I contacted them to see when they were coming. Finally in June 2018 when I say other Paving contractors doing roads and driveways I called again to find out the company had changed names and the owner was focused on commercial paving and was out of town alot. I was promised I would get a call from another company representative to come out and see the driveway which was getting worse but no one has called me. As of June 27, 2018 I sent an e-mail to the contractor that I wanted my money back so I could get someone else to fix the problem. Still no response of any kind.

After my driveway was complete and it rained there were two obvious dips in it that caused large puddles. My driveway is on a completely flat area and there shouldn't be any dips. I called Richard the owner and he sent someone over to try to fix it but it didn't work. He said maybe it would work better when it was hotter weather and he would come back the next summer when it was really hot and try again.  He never came back or returned my phone calls. This is a very unprofessional way to do business. There are many companies I could have chosen and unfortunately I picked the wrong one. I would never recommend this one.

They responded promptly to a phone call with a phone quote. Price was below others. They performed the service when I was not at home. Tar was splashed on sidewalk. Several spots on the driveway (near the end and outside edges) were left untreated. Attempts to reach for follow up and correction have been a waste of time. Very sloppy work. No time taken to trim grass along the drive and they actually sealed over debris in the riveway rather than sweep/blow it clean.
