Cost was very fair. Very professional and considerate. Mario was straight forward, very helpful and not a pushy salesman. Got the job completed faster than time frame. Would highly recommend and appreciate thier services.

Everything went very well. Tommy explained the process well, and followed through on commitments. The guys did a great job on the two bow windows, which ended up involving a lot of trim work on the interior as well as exterior. Each other window was replaced professionally. No complaints.

Good quality windows.  Exterior vinyl wrap very well done.  Have used in the past on my home.  This work was done on a rental property.

We got an estimate to replace our 8 windows and one screen door. We paid what they asked for. they came an install them in 2 days. I have no complain about the 8 windows up to this point. The windows where installed by Avery. However we have problem with the screen door since day one. The door was install by Tommy. 
1- Tommy left the door's weather strip out of place with sharp edge at the bottom which injured my wife's foot on the first day after they finished. I had to call them twice before they came and fix it about a week later. 
2- Because the door's weather strip was not installed right and it was hanging form the door about a week it ripped. Moreover the door stopped closing at all. I called them and told they about the problems they said they will come by and fix it. About 2 week later nothing happened. I called again to reminding them. To my surprise Tommy's wife (sorry i forgot her name) was very unprofessional and mean on the phone. She told me not to call the shop again and I should call her husband if I have a problem. I could not believe what I was hearing. I was speechless. I end the call with the plan not to deal with them ever again. few days later Tommy came and fix the door so currently the door close with no problem and he said that he will come and replace the weather strip later. 
3- It it about a month now and the the door's weather strip still hanging from the door.
4- Also during and after the installation I mentioned that the wrapping around the door was not done right because you can see the wood they used to place the door. And they did not fix it until now and i am not sure what to do about it. 
I do not mind having problems with the door because we all human and we make mistakes. However, how they handle it was not professional at all. 
  

When he showed up on April 18 and he was all alone, I thought this can't be, one person taking out and installing all of my windows in my house.. this is going to be a real mess. Not only was I surprised, I was amazed on how professional his work ethic was. He made a really hard job look easy. I could not ask for  "the best job ever". The whole job was completed in 2 days.

Estimate accomplished. Work replacing the windows took a couple of days with another couple of days working around the weather for the doors. Mario and Avery do a wonderful job and are very polite and efficient. I did see a couple of finish issues that they corrected immediately without any problems. Also added on a casement window and special picture window upstairs which they accommodated nicely.

Did a good job, showed up on time, installed on time, were pleasant and professional, and cleaned up after themselves which was appreciated by my renters.  I would highly recommend them.

These guys were amazingly quick.  They took all of the window treatments down and put almost all of them back except for the kitchen blinds. My husband decided to just take care of it rather than call them back.  The company is very popular and we had to wait about a month after we committed to get an installation date.  They cleaned up after themselves and had the job done in a few days  We are still amazed at the difference.  The price was lower than others and the windows are great.  We did a lot of shopping around and this company was the most customer oriented.  When the owner met with us he asked us what we wanted and explained what he could do for us.  Other companies wanted to sit down for two hours and give us a presentation.  We did not need that.  We knew what we wanted and just wanted a reputable company that could give us a fair price.  We are very pleased.

From start to finish , the team was very professional.  Mr. Thompson initiated the contract and helped get my thoughts into the design of the windows to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Even took time out to drive back to my home, which is out of his way, to show me the templates and verify my window color scheme.  He stayed in touch with me each step of the way.  The team that was sent to install my windows, Mario and Avery, were great.  They talked to me and made sure I understood how the install was to go, and what , if any, concerns I had in that regard were answered.  Mario went above and beyond, by pointing out areas of concern during the install, and how to correct those concerns.  They were courteous, prompt and professional.  Any mess made, they cleaned up.  The work took less time that I thought it would.  Thus far everything related to my new windows has been great.  Outstanding job all around.  I would recommend Serenity Windows, aka, Those window guys, to anyone.

The response to get an estimate was quicker than any of the other vendors we contacted.  They were able to meet our schedule so we didn't have to take off work.  They provided an estimate and did the work according to the estimate.  The workers were extremely professional and friendly.  Overall this is one of the best contractors that I have worked with.

I could not be more pleased with this company. The installers were prompt and professional. They did the work quickly and thoroughly--not just the installation but the clean-up!

This company was very professional. They didn't stand around and talk to each other like some companies. They hung my curtains and blinds back up before they left. They cleaned up their mess so well you couldn't tell they had been there except of course the windows looked so much better. I also checked them out with the Better Business Bureau and there rating was excellent.  I would use them again.

I was very pleased throughout the process. I received a prompt response to my request for quote. Tommy came out to the house and measured, and came back with samples when he provided the quote. Installation was about 5 weeks after we signed the contract. Their quote was less than two other quotes I received for the same quality window. The installation when smoothly. The installers worked continuously the two days they were at the house, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves, including vacuuming around the inside windows. I had friends at work who had used them previously, and I would gladly reccomend them.

We had old windows that badly needed replaced. (They were painted over, didn't work, etc.) Had all of them replaced - over 20 in total. Experience went well, and we're very satisfied. Now we have one that is broken, and they've agreed to come out and fix it, no questions asked.
