Fine James and Matt are laid back, polite, knowledgeable. The store appears to be very clean. Work was done on time, and they actually called to let me know the Altima and the highlander were ready. I am a retired service director, and manager. The Clinic seems to be honest and reasonable, with quality services and common sense.

Sports Car Clinic kept car for 2 days, had entire front of car removed (the 2000 Audi S4 had an ingenious hinge system where after removing a dozen or more bolts and fasteners, the entire front grille, headlights and facia simply can be rotated on built in hinges out of the way - like opening a door that exposes the entire engine bay. The mechanic can then walk right up to the exposed engine with no interference from frame members or radiators or anything - very clever design.).  SInce several parts had to be ordered after the initial examination, the repair took 2 days. But Everything was fixed properly. Great job, and excellent, experienced and friendly mechanics can actually hold a conversation with the customer!!!!

They were wonderful. They lifted the car. They assured me that everything was fine and there was nothing with the suspension. They didn't charge me the work. I never had any bad experience there. They have always been reasonable. I get the oil changed there. I got a transmission plates replaced there. I trust them. I would go there in the future if needed. I would refer them to others.

I've been going there off and on in the last couple of years. They are good people and they do a good job. I've got an old Mercedes and they take care of it. They've done a great job ever since I have been taking it to them. It's not cheap by any stretch of imagination but if you try getting parts for a 15 year old Mercedes convertible, it's not easy. They do a good job and the price is reasonable. There are several places I could take it in town, but I like this place. I am going to use them again because I need to get my brake release handle from Mercedes as it broke.

Performance problems were completely resolved. Recommended tire exceeds expectation, perfect balancing and alignment as car now drives incredibly well with all prior vibrations and pulling eliminated. Was informed of items found during the service that needed attention and advice for those that will need to be addressed in the future. Car was completed as promised. Employees were very professional, knowledgeable and offered alternative approaches to fix problems. Overall a very positive experience.

Very professional, courteous, and great service. Promptly diagnosed problems and provided alternative approaches to fixing. All problems fixed to complete satisfaction. Performed a total inspection of the car and showed items that needed repair. When asked about other specific items the technician confirmed they were within service limits and do not need attention at this time. Price was substantially lower then a dealer's estimate.
