All floor space was not sucessfully clean. Shower needed more attention The women were professional and pleasant better training was needed

The two girls worked hard and did a good job. They cleaned my large 4 bedroom  4.5 bath home in 2 hours. They dusted all the cobwebs from the vaulted ceiling and did whatever extras I asked, including sweeping the screened in deck of dead insects and spider webs. The supervisor showed up the last half hour and made trouble. Somebody, I think it was the supervisor, dug deep scratches in one of the burners of my ceramic stovetop. He denied it even though I saw a knife lying next to the damaged burner. Also my daughter heard one of the workers say "oh, sh__!" right before they called me and asked for a razor blade to use on the stovetop.
The office refused to accept responsibility and said they would never do that.

They do not do what they are asked to do, or what they say they are going to do. They are supposed to dust, clean all bathrooms plus mirrors, sweep and steam mop bathroom floors, vacuum. In the downstairs, they are supposed to clean the kitchen, the floors, the range, and cabinets. This is all they have to do, they do not have to clean windows or anything like that. They don't do a good job at all. At one point, I had to go behind them and clean two full bathrooms, sinks, mirrors, showers, and bathtubs. I had to sweep and mop the floors. On the main floor, I had to clean the half bath and redo the hardwood floors because all they did was vacuum. I also had to touch up the kitchen with the things they missed. These are all things when they were hired, they were told to do and this is what is paid for.
