Carpet Installation
Owner was dismissive and rude during all conversations. Installers started laying carpeting when I discovered they were laying the wrong carpet. The entire pharmacy was torn up for the carpet installation. Now my pharmacy will be torn up for 14 days while correct carpet is ordered. I did not receive an apology from the owner of Surfaces who ordered the wrong carpet. In addition, Surfaces uses outside installers and do not have Surfaces employees who install. One of the worst experiences I have had with any kind of renovation I have been involved with.
