I approached Ray McKee, owner of Star Spangled Specialties, with my need for latex balloons that were to be used for functions held within my business, such as luncheons, expo's, etc. I made an appointment with Mr. McKee and I explained to him what I wanted and he shared his expertise with me to make sure all details were just exactly what I expected. I gave him a time frame for the completion of this work and asked if he could provide me with samples. The same day of our meeting, he contacted me with samples to choose from, had already created a sample using my logo, and all of this was done within my budget.
Not only did he have the balloons ready prior to the deadline, but delivered them to me personally. I provided him with a business card that carried my logo and colors, and he beautifully fulfilled my highest expectations. Not only did he bring this order in under budget, but also provided me with a discounted rate. Wow! How could it get any better than that? Well, it did. The balloons were accompanied by balloon holders along with the string needed, once filled with helium.
