I was told by Lowes(Feb 27,2011) that my water heater would be replaced on Feb 28,2011.I actually thought the date was wrong,as the contracter usually gives you a call the day before.A rep from Southern Air did phone on the 28th to tell me they had just received the work order,and they would be out the following day(March1).He also apologized for the mix up on the date,and offered to come out very late that afternoon if I had no hot water.I told him the following day would be fine. They showed up a little early(thats ok)explained to me what needed to be done,and kept me informed.There was a defect in the new water heater itself,so another one was sent for.The employees of Southern Air were very courteous,friendly,cleaned up their work area,and were careful to lock my basement door and back gate.
