I called and left a message for the owner, Stephen Shrader.  He returned my call the same day and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. 
He was punctual, courteous, and professional; explained every step of the process and did exactly what he said he would do.  My roof is bright and clean; there was no damage to the roof; he was careful not to damage my lawn and cleaned up everything before he left.

I was very pleased with his work and his attention to detail.  He offers other services such as lawn care, landscaping, hard scaping, etc.  I would definitely use his services again and will put him at the top of my list of people to call if I need any of the other services he offers.
