SERENITY REPLACEMENT WINDOWS

Very professional, precise, cleaned up behind themselves well. Owner came by after they were done to inspect, I had noticed a small issue with one window, it was fixed right away. They were not totally the cheapest, but I'd rather pay more than get a sloppy job by someone who just needed to get done and gone as quick as possible.

They did a great job, stuck to his quote he gave me, were prompt, didn't leave a mess, I will use them again and I would recommend them.

The ordering process went very smoothly. The window had to be fabricated to the fit the dimensions of the window opening in the older house in which it was to be installed. The work was performed in a timely and first class manner. We would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended!

Serenity was pleasant to deal with from the beginning to the end. Office staff was pleasant, prompt and informative over the phone. The estimate was low pressure and seemed quite honest and factual. The price was right and the installation went smoothly. The windows made a huge difference not only in the look of the house and energy efficiency but also made the house much more quiet. The warranty was very good an passed on to the new owners when we sold the house.

Salesperson was on time and very well informed. Price was excellent.  Workmen were on time and  very nice. Work was excellent. I am very satisifed with this company and their product.

They are well known in the neighborhood. They were prompt and if there were any problems they followed up. I paid $300 a window. I would use them again if I had any more windows to replace.

I live in an older house (built in 1950) and had a window break which needed replacement. I called several different window companies, but was frustrated by the high quotes I was getting. In talking with a neighbor, he mentioned that Serenity Windows (Those Window Guys) had done a great job of replacing all of the windows at his church and he suggested I give them a call. I'm glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with. From the receptionist who was able to give me immediate information over the phone about pricing and window options, to the personal visit from the owner to take measurements, to the call from their office when the techs were on the way, their professionalism was apparent throughout the entire process. Their guys showed up on time, were patient despite the fact that my dog barked at them almost the entire time they were there, were fast (about 30 minutes!), and did a great job of clean-up on the inside and outside of the house. I appreciated their straight-forward, no gimmicks pricing--they came in $155 under another quote I had received; did not require a deposit; installed the window and I didn't pay a thing until the owner came by after the job to inspect the work and deliver the warranty paperwork. I will definitely be working with them again soon to replace the rest of the windows in my house. Cannot say enough great things about this company!
