On time, protected yard and flower beds, removed old fence, installed new one in 2 days. Polite, neat, excellent work. When several pickets warped in several months, they returned to replace them at no charge. Great company!

They came when they said they would, they charged what they estimated it to be and finished the project in record time. No issues, it was a great experience.

Showed up on time with enough manpower to get the job done in 1/2 a day. Highly recommeded.

Had a reassuring feeling of professionalism from the start. We were given an estimate on the spot, which reflected exactly what we finally had paid them. No surprises! The entire work crew worked hard for us, and respected our property very well.

They provided the best price hands down and finished the job in the duration provided and started a week before they planned.

John came out two different times to make sure the plans were just right. This was during their busy time of year, but they ended up being able to put up the fence a couple of weeks earlier than expected, which was great. We did get one other estimate for comparison, but SAM Fencing was about $1000 cheaper. They worked quickly and their work is high quality. We were nervous about spending so much money on something like this, but in the end, the fence turned out to be even better than we expected and we are very pleased.

Quote and appointment promptly conducted. Pricing way out of line v. all other quotes. When asked why one section was $209./ft ( 17' total) while another was about $50/ft (65'total) and notwithstanding the exact same material at the same location, the answer was they had to come back a second day in the Spring. Made no sense

Sam's Fencing did a fantastic job with our 4' dog-eared picket fence that we had put in our backyard to help contain our kids and pets. 

They were here on time and worked through the project in just two days with one day in between. They were here and gone before we knew it and were extremely helpful!

The sales rep first started out telling me he very much doubted he could find these post any more. That it was a short run fencing product and it was not made any more, but they did install it at several location and have not received any complaints so far. So now I have no option to make any repairs. So I requested a fair quote to replace the fence with a 3 rail split rail or ranch style fence or treated pine. Due to the cedar not holding up and that this particular product, in my belief, is an inferior product. I asked also for fair consideration for the cost. I do realize I have received some value from the fence and do expect to pay a fair portion of the cost. I pointed out to the sales rep. that I do currently have a pine post in the same area that has not decayed and are 15 yrs old. Some in my back that are over 24 year old and show their age, but have not decayed. I did not receive good answer as to why their premium cedar fence has decayed to this degree in only 7 to 8 years and my pine post have not. The sales rep then snapped some pictures (he told me) and sent to the owner. And the owner agreed he was surprised at the amount of decay in such a short time frame. They then quoted me $3850.00 for the split rail fence and $4400.00 for the ranch style fencing. I was not happy with this quote and asked the sales rep to get back with the owner and he did. He had already left and called me back in a short time frame. They would take another $200.00 off each quote, but this was the best they could do.

I am very dissatisfied with these quotes, what am I suppose to do? Buy new fences every 7 to 8 years? I do believe the company should have met me half way since I did not receive half life out of a standard fence and this was suppose to be their premium product. I normally don't write reviews on companies but felt like I needed to in this case. I normally just don't do business with them anymore. In this case that is exactly what I'm going to do. I'm not going to do business with them anymore. I do have other options. Thanks for reading this.

I would not use them again. I have a narrow driveway and the gate they put on were directly next to the asphalt and made it to narrow to get my vehicle in. I let the crew know about the issue, who seemed to be fine with re-doing the work. Once the owner approached me, he was definitely upset and advised of all the time it would take to correct.

They arrived early in AM both days. The posts went in first. They were very detailed oriented. They came back to put the fence up. That was completed in the day. It truly is a custom fence with the hills in this area. They cut the boards once they are nailed up. It really is a beautiful fence. They did an excellent job in my opinion. I did get 2 other estimates. They were all about the same price. However, I felt that Sam's fence with reviews on Angie's list was the best and this helped me to make my decision of who to use. The crew was early both days; very professional; and very detail oriented. Great group of people to work with.

Very well. After the estimate, they showed up for work as promised and finished the fence in a day.
