Rogers Plumbing and Trenching

He didn't charge me because it was a repair job on a previous job that he had done for me over a year ago. He is very dependable and gives a fair price. He will tell me things upfront. He cleans up nicely after the job is completed. He is knowledgeable.

He dug it by hand he said if he had to use an equipment it would be $400 extra fee, but he thought they would do it by hand and they did it by hand. Those people got all these pieces here and that would be another $400. One of the others that I called was around a thousand. As a matter for fact, he came over he said: "I could come over this afternoon and do it for you if you would like.". He evidently does a lot of big jobs too. I was kind of leery when he said he could just come right on over that afternoon and got everything and I said: "No, we are not going to be here. It's not a big leak, it was just kind of a drip coming through the wall.". I said: "well, how about tomorrow then?". So, he came over and looked at it the next day and he was really punctual and cleaned up after himself and did a couple of extra things. I was really impressed as a matter of fact I would call him again to see if he does small plumbing. He is very prompt in getting our approval. It seems like his customer are very important. His price is excellent. The quality was good. He was very responsive. As a matter of fact he kind of frighten me he was so responsive. He was here when he said he was going to be here. He is really very professional, he did what he said he is going to do. He got the job done and on time and how it was supposed to be done.

Original water line to the house from 1959 broke. An addition had been built over where the line comes into the house. Roger was smart enough to figure out there was an access point to run a new line.
I had water within 4 hours despite the EXTREMELY rocky soil he had to dig through. He was polite enough to place the huge rocks in my back yard so that I can use them in the future to build a rock wall.
His assistant was great, he replace my faulty shut off valve to my hot water heater.
Roger was professional, gave me a set price and stuck to it. No hidden fee's or add-ons. Didn't pressure me to commit that day in order to receive the agreed price when he came to assess the situation prior to the repair being done.
I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the work he performed and will use him again in the future.

It was a painless experience. Fast and perfect. Jeff and his man Robert know what they are doing and do it very well. I can't recommend them enough! You hear stories and jokes about plumbers but Jeff is the real deal. You will be bragging about him too!
