ROBERT'S CARPET CLEANING

Went extremely well. A really nice job. The carpeting looked a heckuva lot better. Carpet was just a little damp, not soaking as the prior company left it, Pricing was reasonable and they were on time and very courteous and professional. They explained what was wrong with the carpet and how they planned to fix. This was done in a way that the "layman" could understand. Robert was polite and efficient. This is a Christian company and they met our criteria of being trustworthy. We would/will hire again

Robert was here on time. He was very professional, polite, and courteous.. His helper, Buddy, was very professional, polite and courteous. He spent extra time to get stoubborn stains out. We were very pleased with the services. Will definitely be calling them again.

This is not the first time I have used Roberts Carpet Cleaning services. He does a really nice job and did it quickly and efficiently. I I feel safe with him in my home-which is important when you have a stranger coming into your house.

They were very professional and came out quickly. They did a very good job in getting out stains at a reasonable price.

I call and setup an appointment of one that works in his and my schedule. His prices are very reasonable. He is in and out, and does a very thorough job and doesn't need any supervision or I need to worry about. I feel comfortable with his coming into my house. He makes me come in to my home and have a feeling that it's a lot better than it was. He is competent.

I never had a problem with them. I am home alone during the day and he is one of those people whom I don't feel weird calling him home when I'm alone. He doesn't seem to be weird and it's important when you are home alone. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very timely, very professional and always gets all the spots of my kids from the carpets. His price is very reasonable considering what I have paid in the past to other people. I am okay with his price. I would rate him high overall as he is always punctual, courteous. He is never on the weird factor side and he is always very conscious of being in somebody's home. He always asks me questions if there is a concern about a stain or anything.
