I really haven’t had any services that I had to pay for. We’re entering the thing where we do have to pay, but I went in and got my car inspected and they did it for free. They’re really good all around. The communication is very good. When I first bought the car, and had to bring it in for service, I’ve been impressed with them every time.

There’s just no complaints for this company at all. For price rating, they did good with that. The salesman was great, he really was, we got along well. They did a great job setting everything up, he went and messed it up and they came back and did it again for me. The financing was great, they saved us some money. The experience takes several hours, that’s the hard part. There wasn’t any wasted time, it’s just the process is long. To get all the paperwork done.

They really did a great job. The price wasn't bad. I have no complaints. They wash the car too.

I brought my car there and I have been very pleased with their service. They did a 17 point inspection and they washed my car. They did not charge me anything. I was very pleased with the process. I was expecting a $16 bill.

Everything went well. This is my wife's car and we bring it in once a year for the state inspection. We also do the car's annual service. (My wife doesn't drive that much each year.) Because of the age of the car, the following was done: Oil Change Rotated the Tires Brake Fluid Replaced State Inspection The Rotation of the tires and the Brake Fluid Replacement are part of Honda's Normal Maintenance Scheduled for the age of the car. (I did check that out.) So I was happy with the service.

They do what they should do and really stand behind their work. I recommend them to others.

They do great work--they're honest, thorough and skilled, but the wait time is consistently very long, even for simple inspections. A couple of times I've had to go to the counter and ask about my car--they'd forgotten to get me when repair was complete. I recommend dropping off your car to pick up the next day, for anything, unless you want to wait at least two hours.

I keep going there because they sale Hondas and I also have a Honda. Overall they are excellent. I will continue to use them again in the future.

They are great. I did not have an appointment but they took me anyway. They have a wonderful waiting room with TV, snacks and drinks. I was in and out in less than an hour. Staff is always friendly.

To be fair, some aspects of my experience there were not negative. The person behind the counter was helpful, as was whoever it was who thought to call to tell me they had forgotten to put the oil cap back on when they changed the oil on my car. However, we had to turn around and drive back, which was very frustrating on a day when we were quite busy. Then the service person acted as though it was not a big deal and kept us waiting for a while, while sharing a few unpleasant (racist) comments. I was very displeased with their service, the slow speed to fix a problem that they had caused, and the ignorant comments. I have not been back since.

Josh was the service person...stay away from him if at all possible.

They're excellent. I appreciate the way they treat me. They go out of their way to try to help you and make things easier for you.
