Renovation Engineering and Design

This remodel definitely didn't go as planned from our perspective. It took longer than expected and the quality of the work didn't live up to the hype received from the contractor. Don't let the fancy contract fool you. Once it's signed this guy will not listen to his customer. He will proceed to tell you how he's going to do the work plus, he has a real chauvanist attitude towards women. He refused to listen to requests from my wife so I had to call him on the phone and demand he honor our requests.

Don't fool yourself into thinking he has your best interest in mind--he doesn't. He gave a list of references and we called 3 of them. All said they were happy with his work. After we experienced his work we have no reservations saying we totally disagree with all references he provided prior to us signing the contract. It made us wonder if these were all just friends of his or people who had extremely low standards on what they expected from a contractor. Interestingly enough, while he was fast to provide references to in an effort to get our business he never once contacted us after the work was completed to ask if we would be willing to provide a reference for his company. You do the math on that one!
