I needed her to come and let my dog out and feed the dog in the evening. She offered to walk her and to give her a bath so there are other services available. She leaves a message when she comes. There was recently a storm and she checked on my dog numerous times and texted information to me at no additional charge. She confirms dates and prices for each appointment.
