We bought a new home and the previous owner had a contract for termite
inspection annually. They had treated the home ~10 years prior and
the owner had no issues but owner had opted to pa  $200 each year instead
of $1000s for infestation if she needed to start over.
We called to set up appointment and the Secretaryt was rude
and not helpful. We wanted information about transferring contract and
she said we didn't have enough time, the contract had expired and she
didn't know if she could get a rep out. Luckily a rep was able to come
and do inspection. He was very courteous, friendly and answered my
questions. He was unable to answer the financial ones and recommended
calling the Secretary. When I did she got snippy about why we were past
the date and hadn't paid. She didn't take the time to ask questions to
understand the move prior to rudely telling me what she couldn't do.
We did not continue the contract. To be fair the rep that came out was
very friendly and the company does good work- as evidenced by the time that had passed since the last treatment. To my husband and I though, customer service is a high priority and the secretary's attitude and treatment tipped the scales negatively.  If she had been as helpful as the rep, this would have been an A-B review.

It was all good.

We only used them once. They were way more expensive than the people I am using now. None of the bugs died; they just made them run around. I don't think the man did a thing when he was here. I think he only made it worst.

Initially, I was quite pleased with Orkin, and they were our pest control treatment service for a number of years.  What caused me to shift over to Terminix, was that their service took a nose dive, after the technician that serviced my home, left them.  Their service after that point became very spotty, and left me dissatisfied. When I priced them out for termite prevention services, vs. Terminix, their overall price was higher, so it was a no-brainer to switch service providers

He answered all of our questions and he was plesant.

They are great. They are prompt and I've not had a problem with them. I have used them for eight years.

They had not been showing up for over a month. Apparently, the service tech had some health problems. I spoke with the service manager and they offered a month for free.
