I was quoted the cost of $89.00 plus sales tax. When I got the bill they had added a $9.00 "shot fee" that I was not told about before the alignment. When I questioned the extra shop fee they pulled out from under the counter an 8X10 photo size frame with the extra shop fee on it. So sad.

I had been recommended to have all 4 tires replaced by Firestone - was told they were all worn. Took to NTB and was told only 2 needed replacement as one had a small bubble and the other was almost worn. The other 2 were fine.

We dropped the truck off early in the morning and they performed the services needed. It took them several hours to complete the service but we were not expecting immediate turn around since we had not made an appointment and they were very busy. The staff was professional and they are always friendly. We will continue to buy our tires there and will return for service there in the future.
