Mr. Squeaky Clean

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!  My 80+ year old father-in-law hired him to do this job. He demanded all $$ upfront. He left trash at the job site including roofing nails in the driveway. We are checking into small claims court to remedy this situation.

A really poor experience from start to finish. I called at least 4 times before I was able to schedule anything, always getting answering machines. Then I set up a time for them to come, and they didn't show. Hours and hours go by and no call. I had to call them back to tell them they were a no-show. Then we scheduled another time, and same thing. No show. Finally, we scheduled again and they did show up, albeit hours late. The two ladies that did come to clean were very nice and did not bother me. They worked very quickly and left before the full hour was done (I only asked them to do certain things, so they left when done, but I would ideally like them to say hey we still have 15 minutes, what else could we clean since you paid for the full hour?). Everything looked great until my husband went to pee and had to ask me if they had come, because they had cleaned the upper seat, but when he pulled it up the lower part had not been touched.
I will say that when I tried to schedule the second of my 3 sessions, they were much easier to schedule with and did arrive on the right date and time. They were again very nice and left me alone, but again they didn't do a great job of cleaning and left before the hour was done. I am just scheduling the 3rd one to use up my groupon and because I suppose it's better than nothing, but there no way I will be using this company again.

Contacted Mr Squeaky several times and always got the answering machine.  I have never been called back to set up an appointment.  My groupon expires on May 16th and still have not received a call back.  On last call I was directed to call another number and still get an answering machine.  I am not at all pleased with this company and their services or lack there of in this case!

We had big problems with scheduling and them not showing up.  They weren't reliable...they would show up late or not show up at all.  We scheduled four different times and they ended up only performing one cleaning before we got tired of it and just got a refund.  The one time they did show up and clean they did a pretty good job.

They do a good job.
