I was a first-time homebuyer. I had about $100,000 to spend. I wasn't sure whether I wanted a house or a condo. Melissa helped me narrow down the scope of what I was looking for. I found something I really liked and am really happy with. Although it was only a $92,000 sale, Melissa treated me with complete professionalism and was highly responsive, returning my calls quickly in all cases. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
