After I called for an estimate, he was out already, so he came by that afternoon.  He looked at the situation, gave me a couple of choices for fixing it and an estimate.  Since I knew it was a relatively small job for him (although a big problem for me)  I did not expect to be at the top of the jobs list.  He said he would be working  in the area and he could come by and fix it in  a week or so  if I was not in a big hurry.  I was willing to wait but to my happy surprise,  he came back and fixed it all completely within two days!  It looks and works  great !
