Our realtor Erin Reed was absolutely fantastic. She was always a phone call or email away, prompt and responsive. With both of us working full-time it was important for us to be able to see houses after 5 pm on weekdays or on the weekends. Erin was happy to accommodate our schedules. Not only did she find us a great home, she also put us in contact with other service providers. Erin was instrumental in making our first home-buying experience a pleasant one. At a time when the housing market is slow it is important to find a customer service oriented realtor/realty company. We chose Randy due to a home we purchased which he was the listing agent. We hired the agent that was representing the seller of the home we bought. Reason being, we saw how he always took the sellers interest ser iously while he still watched out for us. Randy has done an awesome job! We have never wondered if he was watching what was going on in the area where the home for sale was located. Each week he sent us a very detailed market analysis on what the area was doing. It was listed before the holidays and even though there was not much foot traffic, Randy kept us informed about the website hits. We got an offer and Randy walked us through the negotiations. We are set to close on 4/30 and everthing is moving along smoothly. I can't say enough about Randy Duncan and Lichtenstein Rowan REALTORS. Customer service excellence! We were always able to reach Randy if we had a question or concern. He is genuine and hard working. His honesty and professionalism is apparent from the moment you meet him. We have another home to sell and Randy Duncan will be our agent again!

Randy Duncan had a house listed that we were interested in. We did not have a
realtor representing us. We questioned him as to whether he could be
fair with us while representing the seller. Randy assured us he could do it.

We always felt like he was looking out for everyone involved. All
the while being careful to take care of his client the homeowner. We
purchased the house for a good price and we were so pleased how smooth
everthing went. We closed on 8/30/12 and we were all happy and pleased
with the job Randy did. We were so pleased that we hired him to sell a home for us.
