The staff here are really wonderful. I have never used the salon side, just the medical spa side. On the medical spa side, they are always punctual, polite, and 100% professional. The massages are great. You can book online, which is really convenient. They always make a reminder call, which is annoying when I'm working the night shift but otherwise not bad. My only complaint is that their prices are a bit on the high side, especially for Roanoke.

It was great. She took the time to figure out what my last stylist did. Asked a lot of questions about what I like and don't like. The end result was great! I will go back, but not very often because of the cost. :(

The service was great. I received my haircut from one of the more advanced stylists. I just needed a trim, so it was pretty quick. I have been to this place many times before and have always been happy with my haircuts, the professionalism of the staff, and the atmosphere of the salon.

I've been using them for one year. They have several advanced therapists that I use. They are great at massage therapy. It's easy to schedule the appointments and you can do it online.

Taylor was super nice and kept me chatting. She was friendly and smiley and awesome. Very attentive and good at her job. I would definitely recommend and will be making Les Cheveux my permanent salon

I basically use them for hair and make up. They also do massages, facials, body wraps, and they even have a small beauty school. If you use any of the spa services, they will bring in lunch from any number of excellent restaurants in the area. This is a a very professional, A plus place. Nothing shabby about it. When I give A's believe me, it's because I have experienced F's! I have recommended Kelly several times, and my daughter goes to her too. Everyone in the salon is polite and helpful. I will continue to use their services.
