Most importantly they came on time. To me it was amazing. Each man had their job and they worked like it had been choreographed. The dust and smell was kept down to great extent. I have passed their name on to friends and to my son. Everyone has been very pleased.

Mr Lee did his own measuring and provided a quote on site. However, his services did not include moving furniture and he
gave me a name and number of a party that could provide that. The coordination of moving and installation services seemed
a problem, and the cost of the moving was never assessed and therefore a total figure not realized.

On time, fast and efficient, worked hard to create dark stain color wanted (oak floors).Job completed on time, at cost quoted and floor looked beyond beautiful when completed. Floors had not been refinished for over 62 years and amazed how well company fixed/replaced any missing or damaged boards, filled deep scratches, and made floors look like there never was any repairs done as it all looked seamless when finished. Pleased with final color and finish (2 coats glossy, final coat satin over a dark brown finish that still showed wood grain but overall effect was contemporary look)
