The project endured an extended delay in receipt of necessary repair items due to manufacturers shipping problems. Once the parts were received by Kent, they scheduled the repair and took care of the problem on schedule.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
These guys do excellent work, the quality of the materials they use is great also. Steve Jones was my contact and he kept me up to date on when my door would arrive and be installed. This guy was very informative and a pleasure to work with if you need any work done give this place a chance i dont think you will be disappointed.

Garage Door Installation and Replacement
I couldn't have asked for better service! They came out multiple times because I was having issues with my garage door opener that I had purchased from somewhere else even though they didn't have to. The doors they installed were everything I wanted and was super helpful when helping me decide which doors I wanted. Would hire them a million times over.

After an intial communication glitch, the work crew arrived bright and early this morning with 3 nice fellows. They finished the job in 15-20 minutes, I paid them precisely what was estimated, and they were off in their big truck. They raised little dust. I'd hire Kent's again!!

Steve Jones gave me the estimate for the installation within 24 hours of my request for an inspection of my garage door. He was polite and very professional in his visit. He provided me with a brochure detailing my options regarding materials and colors available, and I was so impressed by his presentation (and the fact that it was several hundred dollars less than I had been led to believe the job was going to cost) that I gave an immediate go ahead on the installation. A few weeks later (this was during the early days of Covid-19), the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I recommend Kent’s Insulating and Mr. Jones VERY highly!

I wish all service technicians were like Steve. He came right out, knew exactly what to do to repair my mistake on my garage door and even did some repairs the previous installers had done wrong. I now have a smooth, quiet garage door which I never had before. Definitely will call again if I need them.

Outstanding customer service. He replied quikly to my initial call and let me know he would be about 10 minutes later than anticipated (he was actually only 5 minutes.) Got right to work and repaired our garage door within 30 minutes. We are very happy with everything about the service.

Initial contact to set appointment was quick. He arrived within 20 minutes from call After a free estimate, I hired him to do the repair Steve Jones did an excellent job in a timely manner He was very courteous and professional He made sure I understood what he did and that I was pleased with the repair.
