Keith Preston

He is a wonderful plumber.  He did the best he could.  He always shows up when he is supposed to.  I think the prices are really good and he knows what he is doing.  He waited for me at the house one time and went out to get a new faucet since we decided to put that on when I was doing something else.

I believe the last time I used his service was when my hot water heater stopped working. Mr. Preston came out when he said he would. He inspected the hot water heater and told me that it was still under warranty. He had not been the one to do the installation and I had no idea that it was under warranty. He contacted the company, made arrangements to have the replacement part delivered and promptly came out to repair it. He saved me the cost of a new hot water heater.

I chose him because some people that had done some work for us before recommended him. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with him. He came when he said he would be here. He charged me what he said he would charge. I thought the price was excellent. The quality of his work was terrific. When he got here, I didn?t have the hardware for the sink. He did the work, and I ran out to the store and got it. He waited for me until I got back.
