At no cost Mr. Hough came to the job site. He listened to our goals, priorities and budget constraints and gave his expertise on our project. We incorporated several of his recommendations with excellent results. We appreciated his contribution. I regret that our budget did not allow us to contract him for the full project but I would not hesitate to recommend his services.
