I had a bent prong on my diamond engagement ring. I called around to 2-3 other jewlers who were going to charge between $15-$60 for the work and have it take between 2 days to 1 week for the job. The Jewelry Connection repaired it on the spot (it took all of about a minute) and cleaned it for me at no charge! They went further to explain about possible repairs that may need to be done in the future (new prongs for the diamond) and told me about their charges. I was very impressed with their professionalism and helpful mannerism. I would definately recommend them for repairs as they do everything in house.
