The skylight turned out to have a defect. When I contacted Bryan to tell him it was leaking, he arranged to stop by the next day. he re-sealed and re-flashed the skylight, but it still leaked. I let him know, and again he showed up the next work day. At that point it was clear that it was a defect with the skylight. He caulked the frame, and he followed up with me after the next rain to see if there were any issues. He made it clear that if the issue wasn't resolved he would replace the skylight.
I've been very pleased with the work Bryan completed and his professionalism, and would definitely use him again.
