Hot Top Paving

Came to my door as he had just blacktopped neighbors driveway and offered his service to me. Spoke with neighbor and he said they were ok. Service to be performed was to scrub off moss in some areas, spray with weed killer and fill in cracks, then top with 2 coats of black top. He asked for cash in payment (should have known better but then neighbor said he was okay) When he was finished I was unable to completely see the area as it was wet but did note that some places were missing a coat of blacktop. He stated he would come back the next day to finish. He never returned. I called and left a message asking him to give me an estimate for filling in the larger areas but never received return call. Would not return my husband's call and hung up on neighbor when he called. Contacted BBB and they have records of complaints against this company from others.
