Got It Maid Cleaning Services

I waited a few weeks before I decided to post. NICE people, however the cleaners did NOT do their jobs. Asked and was quoted for deep cleaning, and got more of a walk through wipe down a few things. Owner came back so I could show him, offer was to have girls come back, after waiting with no update..an hour past time I as told they were having car trouble could we move the time. I declined and owner offered to refund 50 dollars. Definitely a lesson learned on my part.

My first impression when the owner came by to give us an estimate was good. He gave me a folder and a checklist the cleaner uses to make sure they get everything done and they leave the checklist behind. When the girl came to the house the owner came with her at first. He told me she was new and he was going to help her at first. Why you would send a brand new employee to a new client's house is beyond me. After she cleaned we came home- no checklist, bathtub was not cleaned, my furniture had cleaner dried on to it. My husband walked into our downstairs guest room and fell because the hardwood floor was slippery. Apparently she got Pledge all over the floors which made everything slippery. She clearly don't use the checklist, she didn't empty a single trash can. It was a waste of $100. I was clearly not happy so I called the owner back to express my displeasure. He apologized saying she was new and he would have his experienced cleaner come back over and re-clean. I made it clear I didn't want the new lady cleaning my house again. I'm not sure if he thought he was going to pull a fast one on me, but I was still at home when the cleaner came by- it was the same lady! Not don't did he lie about sending an experienced cleaner, he also disrespected my request to not have the same lady again. This is clearly not a good way to get more clients. I called the owner back again expressing my dissatisfaction and said I no longer wanted their services and to please return my house key. The owner never returned my house key. Horrible service and worse customer service.

Got it Maid does an excellent job. I have been very pleased with their service. We have only been using them for a couple of months and are pleased.

Initially, I was encouraged. The owner came by, seemed professional, had a folder with his company's information, and seemed sincere in his promise to make sure that the customer was satisfied with his company's service. We scheduled an appointment with one of his more established housecleaners. He showed up with her for the first cleaning and she did a great job. She worked hard for about 5 hours, was thorough, and I felt that I really wanted to use her in the future. I scheduled an appointment with her through the owner right before the Christmas holidays as I would be having a house full of guests. 
That morning I woke up and awaited her arrival as my guests were arriving the next day. She was supposed to come at 8:30. At 9:30 she was not there and no one had called to notify me that she wasn't coming, so I called the owner. He tried to tell me that he had called me and left a message to see if I still needed her to come that day. I told him that I had never gotten a message from him. He said he would try to contact this original housekeeper and then get back with me. He did, and he could not get in touch with her, so he said that he was going to send another one from his company. I was desperate and needed the help, so I agreed. He showed up with her about an hour later, apologized and said that he had gotten me confused with someone else and had left a message with them. So he did take responsibility that he had screwed up, but he never offered a discount or anything to account for the fact that he messed up the morning appointment. So I tried to be positive and focus on the fact that at least he had found someone else. Well, she was very nice but did a horrible job. I had to clean the house after she left. There were rooms that she didn't mop, areas were still dusty, the bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly, and she didn't stay for even 2.5 hours - less than half the time of the original lady who worked for us. I did not have the heart to tell her how shoddy her job was as she was doing a favor and working short notice for her boss who had messed up in the first place. But the whole thing was handled so poorly and it really screwed me up right before a stressful time anyway - the Christmas holidays. Then, after she left the owner called and had the nerve to ask me when I wanted to schedule the next appointment - not to apologize for how he handled the morning or to see if we were happy with the job that was done or how he could earn back my business. I wanted this service to work and I do wish that I could have the original lady work for us, but the missed appointment, poor communication, and most recent shoddy work have forced me to look elsewhere for our housekeeping needs.

Erica arrived early to our 1:30 p.m. appointment for whole house cleaning.  The home we purchased looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in the year it was lived in.  I can't praise Erica and her 20+ years of cleaning experience enough.  She did a fantastic job on our four bathrooms, master bedroom, and kitchen.  I only paid for three hours of work and she worked that entire time cleaning those areas.  I would highly recommend this company and Erica to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

We could not be happier with the way our home looks. They were thorough and professional. They did their job well and we know it will be done right each time. If you're in the market for an honest and reliable cleaning service, you cannot go wrong by giving them a call. My wife and I highly recommend Got It Maid Cleaning.

The owner is extremely easy to talk to, was very flexible with scheduling, and assured me my new home would be thoroughly cleaned with the exception of hard to reach areas or tough stains. My biggest request was cabinets and drawers cleaned out because I didn't want to see and deal with the previous owners funk. They arrived late, but a call was made to let us know they were behind. The girls seemed nice and friendly. My husband was with them during most of the cleaning. I arrived when they had one floor left to clean. I was wrong to assume they did what they were supposed to. I should have checked behind them, and did not. Professionals should not have to be followed behind to make sure the job was done. No cabinets were cleaned, freezer left with ice cream in it, hard wood floors dirty, baseboards not wiped down, and shower with much scum left on walls. Toilet bowls appeared clean, but seats were not. We paid them and included an appropriate tip. The girls stood there talking about their tip in front of us and that they hope to get out house to clean on a regular basis. I found that tacky. I had also arranged for a move-out cleaning of the apartment we had been renting. The lady who did that job was very thorough, friendly, and did a wonderful job cleaning. I would hire her again and found out she actually has her own cleaning business and works for Got It Maid until her business takes off. I likely had a poor experience with 2 cleaning girls, not the entire company, but won't use them again. Moving is stressful enough without having to re-clean before being able to unpack boxes and settle into our new home.

Did a great job. Will definitely hire them again. And the price was so much better than the other quotes I got. I can't remember the price I paid, but I do remember that it was substantially lower than anyone else's.
