Friendly, timely and honest with very good prices. Micah has taken care of all my cars for the past 8 years and consistently provides good service and advice. For instance, sometimes a minor repair can be sensibly deferred until another repair is to be done thereby reducing labor costs. She is also responsive when an unexpected failure disables a car and it needs to be repaired quickly. And she gets it done right the first time -- no repairs have required a follow-up visit or re-do.
