Best car buying experience I've ever had! The sales person was extremely nice and introduced us to many cars based on our needs. We test drove several cars but ultimately settled on the Volkswagen Passat due to it's clean European inspired interior. The entire process was very laid back and went very smooth. Once we made the decision to buy that day, the actual sale process (paperwork and signing etc...) took only about an hour. We were under a time crunch to leave right at 4pm that day to pick up our small son from day care and they did everything in their power to speed things up and get us out the door quickly and completely satisfied with our purchase. We love the car! And we highly recommend First Team Auto Sales as well as their service team!

The service at First Team is awesome. They greeted me and knew my name and what I was there for before I even got to the service desk. The waiting area is very clean and of course they have free WiFi.  Everyone in the service dept is friendly and professional!

It was excellent and superb.  the estimate was great even got the work done sooner than what they estimated.   It was upposed to take 11 days but it took less than that.  The mgr actually reached out several times to give me status of everything as well.  And gave me a call on thursday morning and told me everything was done.

It was excellent service and I love my car. The price was reasonable for the vehicle. They called to make sure my car was doing okay. They emailed to let me know that it is time to change the oil and rotate the tires. It is excellent and I haven't had any problems.

Overall, the experience was uneventful, just an oil change with some maintenance checks.  However, I recently discovered through an oil change at another location that the belt that runs my air conditioner and water pump among other things, was so badly damaged that my car could have broken down at any time.  The guy said he had NEVER seen a belt in such a bad condition before and should have been replaced long ago.  It was so bad that the other guys in the garage actually took pictures of it with their cell phones. 
  It irritates me that when it comes to finding out that I was charged so much in other services I have had there before,  that this was not caught.  And as a woman, its disgraceful that anyone can get away with taking advantage of someone that is not a mechanic and places their trust in someone that supposedly is.
 You can bet I won't be taking my car there again or even buying a car from First Team again.

In general very good customer kindness. However seems like a false front. The service department did not follow through with problem solving. After three trips for the same issue they wore me down. It was clear they really were not interested in my issues. I was very disappointed. The service writer also very kind to me but he was clearly a BS type of person.

I asked Nissan service to look at and fix a few things on my 2005 Nissan. They did not look at one of the things I asked for, and I wound up paying for things I didn't ask for. They gave me an estimate for a new clutch ($2600) that did not need repair, and an estimate for a new seat ($1000) that was misdiagnosed. They said I needed a seat motor, but Nissan did not sell a motor, so they wanted to sell me an entire seat bottom.In the end I went to another shop, and the clutch did not need replaced, and the seat switch was all that was wrong, not the motor. First Team Nissan wanted $3600 for work that I didn't need.
Further, I had to schedule an appointment a week out, but still had to leave the car overnight without it having been looked at.
The funny thing is that I have been using their Subaru shop for years without complaint. I get great service from First Team Subaru, but would not ever go back to First Team Nissan.

I have used them couple of times, but they were not able to fix all my problems.  The place is nice and they have a shuttle to pick and drop you, so that you don’t have to sit and wait there.  I may not use them again in the future.

The car was under warranty. There is no charge for the first 30000 mile service. Everything was fine. There were no unusual circumstances. I waited for it. It took about 30 minutes and that was it.
