The overall process went very smooth...the manager was very knowledgeable about tire characteristics and which tires were good for which vehicle and which type of driver. I would highly recommend Firestone to anyone...especially when they are running their buy 3, get 1 free tire deal!

I purchased a set of tires and lifetime alignment from this location in May 2013. After having a new transmission installed in the car, the car needed another alignment. Even though I had just had the car aligned less than a month ago, there were no questions of why I was bringing the car back in when I made an appointment. The response was yes ma'am, we have you down for an alignment and we shall see you then. A tool was accidentally left in my vehicle; I returned to the store to turn in the tool. The service advisor asked me to please wait, to make sure that the tool was not part of my car (I honestly didn't feel like it was) and he checked with the mechanic who performed the alignment. Upon returning, the service advisor reassured me that it was NOT part of my car, it is actually a piece used to hold the steering wheel in place during the alignment and he thanked me for taking the time to bring back the tool. Every time I have been in, the attitude has been cheerful and friendly. Even in pricing the tires and lifetime alignment, the gentleman patiently told me all the prices, giving me time to write them down.
