Firestone Complete Auto Care Store

Our car stopped on Sunday, we called AAA, and firestone called us up for the service, we brought the car in and they replaced the starter up, then my husband drive off and the car stopped again. We are not using Firestone again in the future. We paid more than what was quoted to change the starter of the car, but it was not fixed and they said that we have to pay more to get the car fixed. My husband brought the car back home and did the repairs himself.

They did a good job.

It went well. Price was higher than for the local dealership, which was unusual. More convenient, though.

On arrival I was told that I would be getting an oil change, tire rotation and spark plugs for $350. I didn't think that was correct but I'm no mechanic. I was further advised that my car would be ready for pick-up at 1700. I stated that it was not a drop off, I was to wait. The service manager tells me that he remembered specifically speaking to me when the appointment was made and that I requested drop off. Again, my husband made the appointment. I never called or requested anything. My husband had to leave work to come and get me. On arrival he also spoke with the service manager who advised him that I had called and requested the above noted services. My husband advised him that he had called and asked what services were performed at 36,000 miles for a Subaru Tribeca. He is told that what's scheduled is all that's recommended and that any other services the dealer would perform are visual inspection only and unnecessary, which I have found is entirely false. Appt was cancelled.

They have always done a good job servicing my vehicle.....friendly staff.

It went good. I used their credit for convince, financing, and coupons.

They always know what to do and do it well and quickly. Brian does a fabulous job letting you know what is going on and keeping you informed if you need to leave your car there.
