They went over that the vehicle would pass with the required repairs. They were able to take the car in immediately and complete the job on the same day.

Their prices are reasonable and they only try to give me as good as price on things and parts.

Spark plugs were changed, however, got lower gas mileage. Had a friend check them and found a wire was cut during installation. They requested I bring car back, went to a different Firestone store. Also had them check tires, as one looked to be wearing. Their recommendation was to replace all 4 tires. No matter what you bring the car in for, they always want to push for more.

The last time they didn't charge me anything because I had to take my car back for the same coolant check, but they charged $30 for tire rotation and oil change. I had different repairs with them. I will never go there again. The last time, I had some work there; they did an inspection of my car and told me that I needed new tires. I asked how long the thread would last on the tires I had and they told me around $3000 to $4000 miles. I had to take the vehicle to somewhere else for repair for the coolant leak and that time I needed a state inspection. It passed the inspection, which indicates that I do not need new tires. I question them about that and they said I don't need tires as I passed inspection; so they were telling me that I needed something that I didn't need, which makes me question the things that I allowed them to do. They were very responsive.
