My call was returned promptly and an offer was made to arrive immediately if the situation was an emergency. Since the matter was routine, we scheduled a mutually convenient date a few days later for an inspection and estimate. Greg arrived as agreed and provided a written estimate; I found it acceptable and we scheduled a mutually convenient date a few days later
for the actual tree removal. All work was performed as promised on the scheduled date. The crew seemed experienced and they remained focused on their job; all work was completed and the site cleaned up by the middle of the afternoon. Well done. Curiously, when I suggested over the phone and then again in a written note that Greg return to discuss some additional tree work; I received no follow up.

We had gotten several estimates and their price was extremely reasonable. He was prompt and he cleaned up, there was no trash left. The work was very well done. In fact, our neighbor's hired him after he did ours. He is reliable.

Things started out okay, even funny but when all was said and done we were not only displeased with the service but pretty darn upset that our healthy landscaping, fenceline, yard and even our birdhouse (which was on a tall fence post by itself- how do ya miss that?!) were ruined.

"In regards to complaint, we were never contacted by homeowner about a problem to try to resolve issue. This was filed much, much later than work that was completed and had to go back and find contract which was ruffly half the amount of price that was said to have been paid and also clearly stated that the stumps that were to be removed that the mulch would not be hauled off from job site. There were several extremely dead trees that were on property in which were too dangerous to risk putting a climber into very high. We did get them down in a fairly tight area that was hard to even walk without tripping on shrubbery and rocks. The other events of a fence not being put back correctly and bird house, I was unaware of the problem and if the homeowner would have said something or called we would have done our best to rectify the situation. I'm sorry for the inconvenience or problems that may have occurred but all that would have had to be done is communicate."
