They're the one company I would not recommend. They stopped answering my calls a year ago. I've been using them for a number of years. I spent thousands of dollars for the heat pump and gas furnace and they wouldn't respond to my calls. I had another company come out and say it was trash.

Better than expected

Our experience with them went well. We've been using them for years. They are prompt, friendly and helpful. They are very relaxed and competent.

right on time.  completed work in freezing temps and never complained.  Mr. Dalton is a person that you can both reply on and trust.  these are both qualities in high demand but low supply.  I would recommed him for your HVAC needs.

AWFUL!  Installed 4 separate units (none Rheem and none matching);Gibson, Payne, Nordyne and Airflow?; put 2 ton in attic and 2.5 ton downstairs; did not cut vents; lines froze with first use; would not respond to phone calls; failed city inspection; would not fix problems; upstairs unit never cooled; multiple problems with thermostat; never left manual on site; rude, beligerant, raised his voice to me; put a lien on my house when I refused to pay balance due; not properly installed; flex lines too long; denied written quote. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this company: poor workmanship, poor ethics, poor time management; deceitful.
