They did a very nice job - the chimney looks good as new.  We had a bit of a delay when I had to call them to find out when they were scheduling it weeks after they had agreed to do the work, but this problem may have been due to heavy rains and cold weather delaying their being able to begin work.  Once scheduled, they showed up in a timely manner and worked steadily until the job was done.  I would recommend them.
