We wanted to update 3 bathrooms, but didn't know how to proceed.  So we went to a "home and garden" show to meet several contractors at the same time.  We selected three contractors at the show to come to our house.  Crawford Construction was one of the three. We were impressed with the proposals from all three companies, but Crawford's project manager, Paykon Samardi, seemed to listen to us a little better. For example, when we said we were on a tight budget, he suggested we could increase value by using granite remnants and even made two trips to the granite salvage yard to help us measure and pick out the best samples. We were impressed with Paykon's professionalism and willingness to please. This was an overall positive experience and we are very satisfied with the results. A subsequent appraisal of our house resulted in a substantial increase in value.
