Called on Friday 6/20/14 and they tried resetting our cable box without any luck. Employee also checked to see if other people in our area were experiencing the same problem and there had been several calls. Set up an appointment for Monday 6/25/2014 between 8 and 10am. Serviceman called first and was here by 9:00. Checked our cable splitters in the basement and determined our signal out of the splitter was lower than it should be. Installed a signal/line booster and this corrected the problem.
