Jeff was very courteous.  It would have been easy to come up with some type of work needing to be done but he didn't charge me for the appointment.  When it was time to come back for the air test he was there on time and walked through the house with us.  He asked to be copied on the email with the results.  When the air came back clear I wrote a note saying I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.  He said if in the future we had any issues and needed removal or reconstruction to give them a call.  
It rare when you get a honest company who doesn't look for something to charge you for it.  I would recommend CCS to any of my friends or family.
