Serviceman found that the capacitator?? (not sure if spelled correctly) needed to be replaced as well as some freon needed to be added. I also asked him where the filter was located (this is my mother's house and she's elderly)--he showed me and replaced the filter with one we already had. He stayed and checked several times to make sure the unit was cooling properly before he left. Whole visit was little less than and hour.

I called, they showed up, they gave an estimate and I paid. They fixed and its been working ever since.

I'm getting ready to call them again to get a quote on putting an additional system. They actually found the leak that the other didn't, but they tried very hard. They solved the problem and its working. I don't know the exact price because it was still under warranty. They are professional, friendly, prompt and they came out the same day. I really like them. I thought that their price was a little high. I would use them again in the future because they know what they are doing.

Despite being an absentee landlord, Comfort Services jumped right on my problem, worked out a method of payment over the phone and had the faulty heater fan repaired right after lunch. Their cost was a little higher than others, but they certainly made up for it with their service. The fact that they were able to diagnose and fix the problem on a Friday saved me from having to provide space heaters for my tenants. I am going to call them for my periodic preventative maintenance!
