Called on Friday and he was booked until Tuesday. The appt. was for Tuesday morning.
He came at 8:30 AM and was done by 9AM. I'm happy.

I've had all my major kitchen appliances repaired by Chuck's service and have always been very satisfied.

I called them after trying two other businesses that failed to respond in a timely fashion. Chuck's made an appt to come out the next day, giving me a two hour window. They were on time and looked at my washer, which would not drain and was completely filled with water. After spending nearly an hour bailing out all the water, they determined that my washer (7 years old) had a faulty control panel, and said they would have to order the part, and that it would cost about $350 to repair.



I decided not to have the washer repaired and to buy a new one instead. They sent me a bill for $55, which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of time spent working on my washer.

ouseMy renter let us know the freezer seemed to be leaking water down into the refrigerator. I left a message on Chuck's voice mail in the afternoon, and they called me back the next morning. We scheduled the appointment, and Roger called me when he got to the house as he said he would. He called during the process to let me know what was causing the leak and that the renter had also requested the ice maker be repaired. He had the materials available and said he could fix it while he was there if I said it was okay. Both problems were fixed that day, and my renter said everything has been fine since. The invoice came about a week later, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely call them with any other appliance issues in the future.

Called Chuck's based on reviews from Angie's List. Explained the situation, repair technician came out the next day at the scheduled time. Made his assessment and had to order the baffle assembly. The very next day, repaired the appliance. Great service, awesome communication, reasonably priced. Will do business again. Thank you!!!
