Carpet Installation
I honestly think that a company is only as good as it's employees. I have never shopped for carpet before, and thought it was as easy as just picking a color - wrong!!
When I walked into the store, I was lucky enough to get Jason Brown. He is awesome!!
I honestly cannot say enough in his praise. He certainly knows his product. He is like an encyclopedia when it comes to how carpeting is made, what types of carpeting are better than others and why. He even knows the different ways that carpeting is stitched. Ask him anything and he knows the answer.
But to me, knowing your product is not good enough. I want to deal with a friendly salesperson, not a miserable grouch!
Well, guess what? Jason's personality is WONDERFUL!! He is a very nice, gentle man to speak with and I honestly enjoyed my conversations with him. He never rushed or pressured me to make a decision. He is absolutely perfect for the job. He even picked up his cell phone to talk to me when he wasn't even scheduled to work that day. And this was AFTER I had bought the carpet. Who does that?! Who cares about his customer's enough to spend his personal time on them after a sale is already made?
I will be carpeting the rest of the house (this was just one room) and I will be very happy to work with Jason again.
