While she is no doubt talented and a competent instructor and her prices fair and expectations high, her policies are strict and generally inflexible.  On a particular phone call with her that I had today (April 24, 2013), during which I was trying to clear up misunderstandings between her and my wife concerning lesson reschedules (one of which she rescheduled due to her grandchild and a subsequent vehicle service/repair), she exhibited rude and extremely unprofessional behavior/conversation over the phone.  There was no concept of 'customer is right' with her.  No conciliation or attempt at reconciliation.  Apparently, she expects others to be flexible with her schedule, but is inflexible with events that cause others to change theirs.  I cannot remember another interaction with a personal service provider such as this being so intolerable, caustic and relationally challenged.  I will be pulling my children from her services at the end of this month's services, and I will not recommend her to others in the future.
